Hello~!
So as I promised I will be answering the questions you asked me on my last journal   If you want to ask any more questions, please leave them on the FAQ journal (the link).  I am open to any questions so feel free to ask as much as you want :) Alrighty then, let's start! X3

1. What are your all time top 5 animes/mangas?

I don't really think of making a list of my tops because they change all the time lol ^_^"  I'm afraid I can't fit just 5 because I love so many XDD My top favorites right now are:

Anime (in no particular order)

Bleach, Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, One Piece, Fairy Tail, FMA: Brotherhood, Death Note, Baccano!,Toradora!, Gosick, Ghost Hunt, Beelzebub, Full Metal Panic!

Manga

I am not much of a manga reader.  I have tried to read some shoujo mangas, but the majority end up having the same pattern >_>
I still appreciate some though:

-1/2 Prince (it's a manhua, so it's actually Taiwanese)
-Narabuna Kiken! (cute one-shot :))
-Dengeki Daisy (not your typical shoujo manga)
-Kaichou wa Maid-sama!
-Black Cat (first manga series I've finished lol.  I don't care what others say >_<)

2. Which do you prefer: Traditional or Digital art? (to view and then to make)?

I like both to be honest, but I tend to admire digital more because of its wide range of variety and because I have the programs to realize them.  For any digital artworks, I would actually stare the work down to the last detail and study how the artist did it.  I'm more digitally oriented so it makes sense to appreciate what I make.  However, traditional is pretty in its own way too. I respect traditional artists who can make very high quality work that surpass digital (ex: emperpep) Some days, I like to draw traditional for a change  because it's more challenging.  My favorite types of artists in the traditional field are sketch artists and watercolor ^_^ because they are the types of art in which I can relate to, meaning that I can do it.  If I had more art materials at home, then I could have given traditional a better try but unfortunately, I am very stingy and I don't like to ask my parents to buy art materials all the time.  I know that some traditional artists carry many expensive tools, but I don't want to bother myself with that.  I prefer using what I have in front of me and make the best out of it.  Heck, I don't even mind using Crayola to color :XD:

3. What do you want to be (doing) in 3 years?

....I just want to draw xDD  I don't think I really have a specific job in mind because I can't bring myself to make final decisions.

4. Name your fav artists on DA (5-10 of them)

syncaidia I was so shocked when she deactivated her account TT^TT  (Y U NO STAY HERE? :iconyunoguyplz:)
Shumijin I love almost all her works.  And she lives in the same city as I do   /stalker
Blizz-Mii  Her coloring is amazing and I love her art style!
Nardack Her artworks on DA is not even half of all the amazing stuff she has.
urusai-baka Sketch artist!! 8D
yuumei  I love that her works carry slice-of-life aspects and express more than just emotions.  She is also a person who is not afraid of giving opinions and sharing them through her art :)
hakumo I like how he is versatile and can deal with many art styles.
nuriko-kun Her shonen art style is

5. What do you hate most when drawing? (ex: the planning/coloring/inking/etc)

I think it's the planning of the sketch.  Whenever I have an idea of a drawing, I just can't put it on paper so it's disappointing... *sigh*
Coloring is also tough, especially for a digital rookie like moi.

6. What materials do you use when drawing?

For digital art:  I use a normal HB pencil to sketch the drawing and the rest goes to SAI and/or PS.
For traditional art: I use HB pencil, lead pencils, black pigment markers, Prismacolor coloring pencils, soft pastels, watercolor pencils (I still have yet to submit one fully watercolored work).  I have Shinhan markers too (only 8) but I stopped collecting them.

7. When you start to draw, do you start with a pose/ skeletal sketch?

Before I didn't start with a skeletal sketch but now I do.  It's not as detailed as other artists would draw them since it consists of lines that make my figures turn into cheap stickmen.  But I do admit it has helped me reposition and equalize my proportions.

8. How long have you been drawing?

I started drawing as early as 3-4 years old, so 13 years? :D

9. When did you start seeing improvement in your artwork?

Oh, almost every year I see improvement in my artworks.  It wasn't until grade 8 that I noticed the biggest difference.

10. What's your favorite thing to draw?

Tsunderes! 8D, dark and serious characters (female and male), tomboys, fan arts and sometimes I enjoy drawing cute girls. Outside of anime, I love drawing nature: flowers, tree, fruits; fashion designs, when I have inspiration.

11.Why do you have 3 journals called FAQ and they all say the same thing?

I wrote my journal at school which has slow macs.  I clicked "Submit" 3 times because I thought the computer couldn't  process it. xD No spam intended.
